Prevention: The Eyes & Ears Project™ is a grass roots effort designed to recruit individuals and companies throughout the country to register to receive AMBER Alerts directly. We hope that someday everyone with a mobile device will receive AMBER Alerts directly so that when an AMBER Alert is issued, a community will be instantly mobilized and helping law enforcement in their search. As awareness of the movement grows, we hope this will serve as a deterrent for would-be abductors; we want them to know our communities have their eyes and ears committed to recovering missing children.

Tim has spent more than 10 years managing finance for companies in a broad spectrum of industries. As the CFO of AmberAlert.com, Tim is responsible for ensuring we can continue to fund our efforts to offer state AMBER Programs with LEAP™ technology at no cost.
A former Ohio police officer, Rollie has spent more than 30 years in public and private service in security and law enforcement. Aside from having served in the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice, Rollie spent the greater part of his career in the private sector, serving as VP, Strategic Development for Westec Interactive Security and as Director of Loss Prevention for ConocoPhillips retail in North America. A skilled law enforcement and security professional, Rollie serves as liaison to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to state AMBER Programs.
Elsa has spent 15+ years in Marketing & Sales in North America. As VP, Sales & Marketing for AmberAlert.com, Elsa is responsible for spreading the word.
